*What we are looking for

We are looking for a FULL STACK Developer with an eye for design and usability – (3 years of FullStack experience)(100% remote) who is proactive, result oriented and autonomous with experience in developing applications that are easy to use, clear and efficient.

He will be working directly day in and day out building from scratch a new fast growing company based in Europe that has secured funding.

You will work closely with our CEO, CTO, Product and Design team to ensure the product wins in the marketplace and exceeds user expectations. You’ll be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment where you’ll be a part of every step of the process, from design, development, scaling, and improvement.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain our web application in full operation, including databases and servers.
Develop front-end and back-end and expand based on usability and user feedback
Work with the Product Owner, a Junior Front-end Developer and a Senior Back-end to come up with software solutions.
Contribute to client-side and server-side architecture design
Create the front-end of the applications through an attractive visual design
Develop and manage databases and applications that work harmoniously
Write effective APIs
Run test to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Troubleshoot, debug, and update software
Create security and data protection settings.
Create functionalities and applications with a design that adapts to mobile devices
Write technical documentation.

Your superpowers

You work hands-on to develop and build applications alongside design and product teams. You are passionate about building and perfecting high-performance web applications.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role (3 years of FullStack experience)
Experience in web application development. Mobile experience will be an advantage
Familiarity with common stacks
Knowledge of multiple languages and front-end libraries (eg HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (eg C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript farmworks (eg Angular, React, Node.js)
Familiarity with databases (eg MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (eg Apache), and UI/UX design
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience developing applications for the American market, in fintech or CRM will be a plus!
